T E R M S  O F  S E R V I C E- You may not resell my art, use commercially, or use to promote commercial projects unless stated otherwise by me during the commission process. Commercial comes at additional cost.

- If commercial use has been agreed on, the rights to the use of the design commercially will transfer to the client upon receipt of the full payment.

- You can post the final image on your social media with credits to me, the original artist.

- You may not remove my signature from commissions.

- You may not claim my work as your own, trace my art, or heavily reference my art while claiming it as your own work.

- I have the right to post the work to any of my other social media/online platforms. This applies to recordings of the process as well.

- Finished commissions will be sent as PNG.

- For commissions that cost $40 or more, I require half of the payment before I begin working on the piece. For anything that costs below $40, I require full payment up-front.

- If any changes that differ from the previously agreed on concept are requested, there will be an additional charge depending on how major the changes are. Note that if I have missed any details from the originally agreed-upon concept, notify me, and I will fix it free of charge.

- There will be no refund for art that you are not happy with. If you want a redo of a piece, you can recommission me.

- I will only send a full-sized un-watermarked file after receiving the full payment. Only watermarked screencaps will be sent over for approval before full payment is received. Do not post WIP screencaps.

- You can ask for WIP pics every so often, but do not harass me about the completion of the art. Art takes time, and I am a person as well

- I expect all clients to uphold the Terms of Service.

Style of Colouring: B&W / Muted / Saturated / Minimal Palettes / Etc.


Characters, Backgrounds, and Refs: Descriptions of character(s). Include details such as specific character traits, personality and possible relationships. What props are they interacting with, what is the environment, and mood? Give links to references for backgrounds, characters, etc.


Idea: Description of what you want the final piece to look like. You can link references to other art or art seen in the Gallery.


Size: The size in pixels for the final piece or file size required for use.
